Established in 2004, Haire Living Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based interior design and build firm dedicated to delivering comprehensive design solutions. We specialize in residential and commercial interiors, offering quality design consultation and turnkey project management.
Our services span from conceptualization and consultation to project management, product fabrication, and full execution. With a multi-talented team of designers and consultants, we ensure every project is aligned with our design philosophy and tailored to meet each client’s unique requirements.
Over the years, we have expanded our capabilities to include furniture and home styling, supported by our in-house carpentry expertise and workshop facilities. This integrated approach allows us to maintain strict quality control, efficiency, and timely delivery across all projects.

With his strong portfolio in designing quality interiors and bespoke furnishing for the luxury residential market, he has led the company to also carve out its own niche in the commercial sector, specializing in the design of restaurants, bars and premium offices.
Apart from his role as Chief Design Director in Haire Living, Ivan is also a restauranteur and hotel owner. Over the past 7 years, he has developed multiple unique and successful F&B and lifestyle brands. They include Arteastiq Boutique Tea House and Social Painting Studio (Singapore), Museo (Singapore & Shanghai), Cajun on Wheels (Singapore, Indonesia & Sri Lanka), Paper Rice (Singapore), and Arteastia Sanctuary Boutique Hotel (Sri Lanka).
In 2017, Ivan was also appointed a permanent F&B mentor by the Restaurant Association Singapore (RAS), a voluntary role which allows him to tap on his F&B and design experience to help out struggling F&B businesses in Singapore.
